Barry brings 33 years of successful experience and knowledge to the GoodLandDeals.com table, having owned entirely or as a major partner, several companies and corporations specializing in resort land development, farm-ranch sales and marketing, general land development, timeshare/fractional development (Colorado-New Mexico), general land brokerage, infrastructure/entitlement development, and unique, visionary qualities and abilities for successful, cutting edge land projects.
Having attended New Mexico State University and after serving in the U.S. Marine Corp, Barry founded his first land company in 1976, subsequently operating in Amarillo, Texas, Raton, N.M., Angel Fire, N.M., Granby, Colo., Ruidoso, N.M., Cuchara, Colo., Taos, N.M. and since 1999, in the prolific Central Texas areas of Bastrop, Austin, San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country.
In 2006, Barry was selected as a recipient of the NRCC’s National Leadership Award and was appointed as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council, and in 2007 was also selected as a recipient of the NRCC Congressional Order of Merit.
Barry is married to Vicki, his bride of 26 years, and has 4 sons and 3 grandsons.
Jon B. Tipton currently serves as the Vice President for GoodLandDeals.com, Inc. and brings unique attributes to the organization derived from over eighteen years of experience in operations, strategic and tactical planning, leadership, management, entrepreneurship, B2B sales, and direct sales and marketing.
An 18 year veteran, Jon spent twelve years on Active Duty culminating his full-time career as a Captain in the United States Cavalry. Receiving his BA degree from Upper Iowa University while on Active Duty, he has spent the past six years in a Reserve or National Guard status where he has been mobilized twice since 9/11 to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Hurricane Katrina. Recently promotion to the rank of Major, Jon is currently serving in a part-time capacity as an Adjunct Professor of Military Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
In addition to his military duties Jon has worked for several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in a sales capacity and currently is the owner of a land improvement company. Jon’s varied military and civilian background, in all levels of responsibility and accountability, combined with his entrepreneurial attitude lends a wealth of experience beyond his years to any project he undertakes.
Jon currently lives in the Hill Country north of San Antonio with his wife, Lindsey, and their 3 sons.

Mr. Scott Williams is an expert in real estate development and construction. He has been in the real estate industry for over 29 years and has completed major projects for The Walt Disney Company, Castle & Cooke and, most recently, he has relocated to Texas from California and has been retained as the Executive Director of Real Estate Development for Texas A&M University (his alma mater).
Mr. Williams has overseen many large projects located in Florida, Texas, California, Arizona and abroad and helped generate many millions of dollars of revenue for his clients and customers.
Jeffrey brings over 10 years of business experience on the web to GLD. Owner of Novatex Solutions, Jeffrey has helped architect many successful web based projects through both the programming end and the marketing end of the online projects point of view. Some of the projects he has been involved with have included Furniture Trader.com, My City's List.com, Tops in America.com, Music Forte.com along with a host of professional websites including Trendmaker Homes.com, The Laser Spine Institute.com and many others.
Hailing from up North, Jeffrey has been living in the US for 4 years just outside of Houston Texas with his wife and three children.
Jeffrey received his business education in Ottawa and continued his education afterwards in database programming and multiple other programming courses through the years.
